Wine tasting led by the sommelier and owner of the winery. The tasting will be accompanied by fish-based dishes realized by chefs directly from Venice.
The refined and sophisticated products presented are the perfect match between the fish-based specialties from the venetian tradition and the Prosecco of the venetian hills.

Dinner in a prestigious restaurant and wine bar where you will have the opportunity of tasting special dishes from the venetian tradition. The restaurant includes 3 rooms: on the ground floor you will find the ancient osteria with the old counter from the end of 1900 and the showcase for the famous cicchetti.

Wine Tasting. The winery’s mission is to produce for its clients a varied and refined product, able to satisfy the most demanding tastes. The tourist who arrives in the winery will be gently welcomed in the frame of the vineyards of Prosecco DOCG. There will be a room dedicated to wine tasting and able to host up to 40 persons, with experts explaining in different languages the wine making process and the winery structure. They will let you taste the best Prosecco and at the end there will be a shop corner
Tour of the Oenological School Cerletti
Its origins send back to 1876, when The King of Italy Vittorio Emanuele II proclaimed its foundation.The Institute, historically known as Oenological School offers educational paths which include both Technical Education (Istituto Tecnico Agrario Cerletti) and Professional Education (Istituto Professionale per l’Agricoltura e l’Ambiente Corazzin)
