Scandolera

The wine farm Scandolera currently owns approximately 17 hectares of vineyards differently placed within the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene district.

Our philosophy is to preserve and, where possible, enhance what Nature gives us; that’s why we wanted plots scattered throughout the whole production area that goes from Valdobbiadene to Conegliano. Our goal was to have lands that differ for microclimatic characteristics and geological structure, thus developing the possibility of obtaining, after a strictly manual harvest followed by careful vinification of cuvee, more balanced and constant flavorings, fragrances and bouquets.

– Vigneti del Fait: Col San Martino

– Anticato: greater permanence in autoclave

– Terre di Mezzo: halfway between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano
