Wine Tasting of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superior DOCG

The wine Tasting will be guided by the oenologist. He will drive you through a pleasant and interesting blind tasting. The guests will be blindfolded and they will be asked to indicate aromas and scents by tasting different wines. He will follow with a brief explanation about food and wine combinations, considering traditional and non-traditional dishes.

The Guests will have the possibility of tasting the following wines:
– Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Still
– Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Brut
– Sparkling White Wine (different types)

Appetizers: Salami, Soppressa (traditional Venetian salami), cheese with bread, boiled eggs, vegetarian appetizers.       If the weather is good, the Guests will take a walk in the vineyard of San Vigilio hill.

Guided tour of the Temple in Possagno and Plaster cast Gallery in Canova’s Museum 

The Plaster Cast Gallery is part of Canova’s Museum, located in Possagno and dedicated to the Italian sculptor Antonio Canova (1757-1822). The artist’s house is also part of the museum.

In the Plaster Cast Gallery it is possible to admire all the plaster cast models, the unsold marble works, the paintings, the sketches and a lot more. In 1957, works by Canova Possagno found a more suitable accommodation thanks to a new building, built by the great Venetian architect Carlo Scarpa: the new wing, full of sunlight that comes from above, it is appreciated every year by thousands of visitors.
