Timeless culinary tradition
In this osteria you will be offered a peculiar and delicious menu which is completely dedicated to the typical venetian cuisine. From the famous pasta e fagioli (soup with pasta and beans), to the tripes, the faraona in salsa pevarada (guinea-fowl in peppered sauce), the lumache in umido (snails) and many other specialties.
On the path of water
The itinerary starts from the beautiful square of Cison di Valmarino and goes up in the valley of the stream Rujo. Once reached the lovely bridge “Ponte dei Sassi” the way goes on by crossing the stream and following the directions and descriptive signals. The walk presents some branches and it is also possible to end up in the wood “Bosco delle Penne Mozze”.
